i had a great time at country. the property was close to attractions and the main road. the kids loved the pools, and i appreciated that there were multiple pools. the staff was very friendly and helpful. i was relieved when they found my daughter's lost airpod and promptly informed me. the breakfast offered a nice variety and allowed us to relax before starting our day.

The hotel was immaculately clean. the staff was extremely helpful and genuinely kind. - the room was well-equipped and had a balcony with a pull-out queen sofa bed. - I loved enjoying the mountain view from the balcony.

Ideal hotel, fairly clean, with courteous and honest staff in management myself. Smooth check-in and late check-out, parking on site. Not to mention good wifi! Decent location for our needs, short walk to an electrical outlet and restaurants and shopping.

My room included air conditioner, a couch, and a couch bed.

The highlight of my stay was definitely the RiverChaser raft slide, which provided a thrilling and exhilarating experience for me and my colleagues. , the indoor pool was a great way to unwind after a long day of meetings, and the fact that it was the only venue with suspended operation added to the exclusivity of the experience. The indoor pool and hot tub at Country Cascades were also open for guests' enjoyment, providing a relaxing and tranquil space to rejuvenate. , the hot tub and seasonal outdoor pool and water park were open to all guests of the Cascades, ensuring a well-rounded and enjoyable stay.

This venue is a clean, family-friendly place with welcoming and helpful staff; it's in a great spot near The Track and close to both a peaceful area and The Island.

Have stayed at Country Cascades several times. I enjoy being close to all the Pigeon Forge ammenities, but not staying right in the middle. The hotel is located just a block of the main drag but quiet and tranquil. I love the creek running behind the hotel and plan to stay again. 'Thanks,
